        Today 7th April marks the World health day 2012 with a Theme: Ageing and Health. Good and healthy life style not only help us live longer in life but also help decrease the rate and spontaneity of ageing process so we can stay fit all through life. Its so amazing and wonderful to see very old men and woman with wrinkle skin and complete gray hair still healthy and kicking strong, this is all about good health practices. Ageing is not only about the outer appearance, but even the inside. The need to stay fit cannot be over emphasized, so we need to watch what we it, take regular excersises, take a lot of water and have lots of rest especially after a hard day of work, regular health checkup. avoid bad habits such as smoking and intake of alcohol.
